Job Description

Help Desk/Lab Assistants answer the phones, answer walk-in or lab users’ questions, write problem tickets and troubleshoot users’ hardware/software problems. They keep the labs and public workstations clean, check equipment and close down. The assistants handle simple requests for library assistance. Workers monitor the Help Desk / labs during all open hours.

Required Education

Continuing student at Rhodes College.

Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications

Willingness to learn. Good customer service skills. General computer skills.
